Fulfillment hours are the times when Jackpot.com actively purchases and processes scratch offs on behalf of customers. In some cases we allow for the purchase of scratch off orders outside of these times. When a ticket is purchased outside of fulfillment hours the orders are processed and uploaded to accounts when fulfillment hours open next.
